In September 2024, my friend Valerie and I, as wedding photographers, had the pleasure of capturing Angelika and Daniel's dream wedding. The outdoor ceremony took place in one of Berlin's most beautiful locations and was filled with emotion, cultural diversity, and unforgettable moments.
The perfect start at the Nhow Hotel on the Spree River
The day began with a special highlight: a romantic bridal photoshoot at the stylish and modern Hotel Nhow, located directly on the Spree River. The hotel's setting offered numerous opportunities for creative and elegant shots. Angelika and Daniel were thrilled with how we captured their special moments and kept the communication relaxed and easy.
First Look – An emotional moment on the promenade
The first magical moment of the day was the "First Look"—an emotional instant when the bride and groom saw each other for the first time in their full wedding attire in front of the hotel on the promenade. We were able to perfectly capture the joy and love that filled the air with our cameras.

After the photo shoot, all the guests gathered on the promenade in front of the Spreespeicher event venue to witness the outdoor wedding ceremony. The setting was simply breathtaking: the gentle murmur of the Spree River and the modern architecture of the Spreespeicher created a unique atmosphere.
Angelika, who is from Russia, and Daniel, who is from England, beautifully combined two cultures at their wedding. Daniel's family and friends traveled all the way from England to celebrate this special day. The elegant and stylish attire of the English guests was particularly impressive, adding a touch of glamour to the celebration.
A celebration full of joy, dancing and enjoyment
After the ceremony, the guests were invited into the tastefully decorated hall. An experienced emcee guided everyone through both the wedding ceremony and the evening's entertainment. There were many highlights, including games, emotionally delivered speeches, dance performances, and, of course, delicious food.
The atmosphere was lively and cheerful. Valerie and I had the opportunity to capture many authentic and fun moments that Angelika and Daniel and their guests will remember forever.
Wedding cake and the first dance
The evening concluded with two further highlights: the traditional cutting of the wedding cake and the bride and groom's first dance. Angelika and Daniel opened the dance floor with an elegant choreography before the guests also ventured onto the floor, and the party got underway in full swing.
Conclusion
Angelika and Daniel impressed us not only with their love for each other, but also with their warm and relaxed nature. It was a great honor for us to be part of this special day and to capture the most beautiful moments in photographs.
