From our wedding stories
Hamburg · Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten
From a first look at Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten and a photo walk to a ceremony on board: a wedding day by the water.
Hamburg · Church and Rathausmarkt
After the church ceremony, we captured the couple in photographs and film around central Hamburg. At Rathausmarkt, passers-by stopped to compliment them — a warm, lively moment in the heart of the city.
Dortmund · Radisson Blu and Glashaus
Getting ready at the Radisson Blu, friends in coordinated outfits and a beautifully decorated church: this day had many sides. A yellow bus took everyone to the Glashaus, where a short photo session among the greenery was followed by a celebration with around 400 guests and a live band. We captured it all in photographs and film.
Schloss von Hammerstein · Outdoor ceremony
From getting ready and the outdoor ceremony to couple portraits in the castle grounds, we could tell the whole story in one place. Schloss von Hammerstein near Apelern provided the setting for our photo and video coverage.
Hannover · Herrenhausen Gardens
After the church ceremony, we continued to Herrenhausen Gardens. People in historical costumes became part of the photographs. When light rain began, we carried on with a transparent umbrella. That special atmosphere also lives on in the wedding film.
Möhnesee · A lakeside wedding
Nathalie and Kevin came to us through a recommendation. Getting ready at the hotel, an outdoor ceremony and portraits in the park were all connected by views of the lake. A singer performing in the style of Frank Sinatra gave the celebration its own soundtrack. We captured the day in photographs and film.
Fehmarn · Couple portraits with a horse by the sea
After the civil ceremony, an unusual shoot awaited us: a horse by the sea and one hour to work with. The horse had plans of its own. With patience and gentle guidance, we still found beautiful moments for photographs and video. Later, the guests joined us for pictures by the water.
Gütersloh, Bielefeld and Schloss Neuhaus
Preparations took place at Parkhotel Gütersloh before everyone headed to the church. For couple portraits, we travelled to Schloss Neuhaus in Paderborn. We helped with poses and used the full bridal gown for unusual perspectives in the grass. A live band, a large stage, cake and confetti shaped the celebration.
Bielefeld · Piano moments and Schloss Neuhaus
While getting ready at home, flowers framed the bride’s face. At our suggestion, Melissa played the piano — a quiet moment for photography and film. After the church ceremony, we took couple and group portraits at Schloss Neuhaus in Paderborn. Later, friends surprised the couple with dances and matching costumes.
Bremerhaven · Wedding portraits at the harbour
Evelyn already knew our work from her sister’s wedding. After preparations with family and the church ceremony, we photographed the couple along the Bremerhaven promenade. We asked whether we could take pictures on board a ship. Its mast, deck and wheel became our backdrop — including a moment reminiscent of Titanic.
First look by the pool · Parkhotel Gütersloh
Patricia and Giuliano discovered us through friends whose wedding we had captured. Their first look took place at home by the pool. After the civil ceremony, we photographed them outside and in the lobby of Parkhotel Gütersloh. The celebrations continued at a lakeside restaurant in the Bielefeld area.
Bückeburg · Registry office and castle
For their civil wedding, the couple travelled from Strasbourg to join their family in Bückeburg. Around Bückeburg Castle, we created couple portraits and shared memories with friends. Our time photographing their day grew into a friendship that continues to this day.
Hannover · Outdoor ceremony in Stadtpark
Preparations took place at the hotel beside Hannover Congress Centrum. From there, everyone went straight to Stadtpark for the outdoor ceremony. Miriam and Hendaf celebrated with their young child, bringing together German and Kurdish family stories. We took couple portraits by the pond and on the small bridge, and captured the day in photographs and video.
Tips from our experience
Choose a topic and read our tips for relaxed wedding coverage.
Rain does not have to spoil your photographs. What matters is having an alternative ready before the wedding day. We discuss suitable locations with you and help you prepare.
A bright hotel lobby, a sheltered entrance or a beautiful interior can work well. Light, space and a short journey are key. We agree on access with the hotel or venue beforehand: a beautiful room is not automatically available for a photo session.
For Nastja and Roman in Hannover, a light shower became part of their story. A transparent umbrella helped us create personal photographs. It hides faces less than a dark umbrella and lets you stay close together. In heavy rain, we prefer to move somewhere sheltered.
Avoid making the couple session the one immovable moment in your schedule. A short dry spell can be valuable. Comfortable spare shoes and a small cloth help along the way; allow extra time for important journeys and group photographs. We will discuss the options so you can enjoy your celebration.
View Nastja and Roman’s storyMany couples tell us they do not feel like themselves in photographs. You do not need to memorise poses. We give clear, simple guidance and make sure the result still feels like you.
Walking together, pausing and looking at each other is often more comfortable than starting with a fixed pose. We help with posture, the dress and your hands without directing every movement. If something does not suit you, we find another way.
A long list of photo spots can quickly eat into your time. We prefer suitable locations with short journeys and varied backgrounds. With Lorenza and Dominik at Schloss Neuhaus, we worked with the full gown and unusual perspectives in the park. The key was that the couple could rely on our guidance.
At Sonya and Stas’s shoot on Fehmarn, a horse was meant to join the photographs. At first, it was more interested in eating. Instead of forcing the situation, we stayed calm and helped the couple relax. We still captured personal photo and video moments within the hour available.
For group photographs, a short list of the most important combinations helps. Someone you trust can gather the guests, leaving more time for real connections and less time searching. Personal ideas — such as Melissa playing the piano while getting ready — are often more valuable than copying a trend.
Explore examples in our galleriesWe are a couple and an experienced team. Our work with you begins with a personal conversation or video call. We want to understand your wishes, and you should be able to feel whether we are the right fit.
We discuss your schedule and the people and moments that matter. We can help with timing, photo locations and a rain plan, and recommend wedding hosts or DJs. We cover weddings in German, English and Russian.
When working together, we coordinate our positions and the important scenes. Some moments call for stillness; others need movement. During portraits we offer guidance, and during the celebration we observe what happens naturally. We record your chosen coverage and film scope in your personalised proposal.
While we are covering your wedding, we create and post short Reels and Stories as our complimentary gift to you. You and your guests can watch, enjoy and share special moments throughout the day. These are short social media posts, not a finished wedding film. Your edited photographs and any wedding film you book follow by the agreed delivery date.
Local wedding coverage starts at eight hours on weekends and five hours on weekdays. For trips to other cities, coverage starts at ten hours. Travel is included in the agreed total quote, and any necessary overnight accommodation is included too. We clarify the details before booking. After you accept, we arrange the contract. Your date is firmly reserved once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.
