Copyright

Privacy Policy

English translation of our German privacy policy.

Google Analytics 4 — optional website analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to analyse use of our website and contact options. We record page views, clicks on WhatsApp and email links, and events when contact forms are submitted. Google processes cookie identifiers, device and browser information, usage data and an approximate location, among other data. Our event measurement does not send names, email addresses or form messages to Google Analytics. Clicking a contact link does not mean that a message was actually sent.

Google Analytics is loaded only when you choose “Allow analytics”. The legal bases are your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can use our website and contact us without giving this consent. Our integration does not enable Google Signals or personalised advertising.

You can withdraw consent at any time with future effect through “Analytics settings” by selecting “Continue without analytics”. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. Your choice is stored locally for a maximum of 180 days. Our analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_…) are set to 180 days without automatic renewal.

In the Analytics account, detailed event data is retained for 2 months and user data for 14 months. New user activity restarts the retention period for user data. Aggregated standard reports are not subject to these deletion periods.

We have accepted Google’s data processing terms. Data may also be processed by Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; Google relies on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for corresponding transfers. For other necessary transfers, Google uses standard contractual clauses. See transfer safeguards, Google’s privacy policy and data use on partner sites. This supplement is dated 28 September 2026.

1. Privacy at a glance

General information

The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can identify you personally. Detailed information is provided in this privacy policy.

Who is responsible for collecting data on this website?

The website operator processes the data on this website. Their contact details are listed under “The data controller” below.

How do we collect your data?

Some data is collected when you provide it to us, for example by entering information in a contact form. Other data is collected automatically, or after your consent, by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is primarily technical data, such as your browser, operating system or time of access. It is collected automatically when you enter the website.

What do we use your data for?

Some data is collected to ensure that the website works correctly. Other data may be used to analyse your usage behaviour. Where contracts can be concluded or initiated through the website, submitted data is also processed for contractual offers, orders or other enquiries.

What rights do you have?

You may request information about the source, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge at any time. You may also request correction or deletion. If you have consented to processing, you may withdraw that consent at any time with future effect. In certain circumstances, you may request restriction of processing. You also have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority. You may contact us at any time about these rights or other privacy questions.

Analytics and third-party tools

Your browsing behaviour may be analysed statistically when you visit this website, mainly through analytics programmes. Details are provided below.

2. Hosting

We host our website’s content with the following provider.

IONOS

The provider is IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (“IONOS”). When you visit our website, IONOS collects various log files, including your IP addresses. Details: IONOS privacy policy.

We use IONOS on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in presenting our website as reliably as possible. Where consent has been requested, processing is based exclusively on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG insofar as that consent covers cookies or access to information on the user’s device, such as device fingerprinting, within the meaning of the TDDDG. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

3. General information and mandatory disclosures

Data protection

The operators of this website take protection of your personal data seriously. We treat it confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection rules and this privacy policy. Various personal data is collected when you use this website. Personal data is information that can identify you personally. This policy explains what we collect, how and why we collect it, and how we use it.

Transmission of data over the internet, for example by email, may have security gaps. Complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.

The data controller

The controller responsible for processing data on this website is:

Dmytro Manzyrkov
Hinrichsring 15b
30177 Hannover, Germany
+49 163 8804909
+49 511 10596724
manzpro8@gmail.com
www.manzpro.com

The controller is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, decides the purposes and means of processing personal data, such as names and email addresses.

Retention period

Unless a more specific period is stated in this policy, we retain personal data until the purpose of processing no longer applies. If you make a justified deletion request or withdraw consent, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible grounds for retaining it, such as tax or commercial-law retention duties. In that case, deletion takes place once those grounds no longer apply.

General legal bases for processing

If you consent, we process your personal data under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR or, for special categories under Article 9(1), Article 9(2)(a) GDPR. If you expressly consent to transfers to third countries, Article 49(1)(a) GDPR also applies. Where you consent to cookies or access to information on your device, such as device fingerprinting, Section 25(1) TDDDG additionally applies. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Where data is needed to perform a contract or take pre-contractual steps, we process it under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where required to fulfil a legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR applies. Processing may also be based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The applicable bases in individual cases are stated below.

Recipients of personal data

We work with external organisations in the course of our business, which sometimes requires transfers of personal data. We disclose personal data only where necessary to perform a contract, where legally required, for example to tax authorities, where we have a legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or where another legal basis permits disclosure. We share customer data with processors only under a valid data processing agreement. Joint processing is governed by a joint-controller agreement.

Withdrawal of consent

Many processing activities are possible only with your express consent. You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Right to object in particular circumstances and to direct marketing — Article 21 GDPR

WHERE PROCESSING IS BASED ON ARTICLE 6(1)(e) OR (f) GDPR, YOU MAY OBJECT AT ANY TIME ON GROUNDS RELATING TO YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING BASED ON THOSE PROVISIONS. THE APPLICABLE LEGAL BASIS IS STATED IN THIS POLICY. IF YOU OBJECT, WE WILL STOP PROCESSING THE PERSONAL DATA CONCERNED UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS THAT OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR THE PROCESSING SERVES TO ESTABLISH, EXERCISE OR DEFEND LEGAL CLAIMS — ARTICLE 21(1) GDPR.

IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED FOR DIRECT MARKETING, YOU MAY OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO PROCESSING FOR THAT PURPOSE, INCLUDING RELATED PROFILING. IF YOU OBJECT, YOUR DATA WILL NO LONGER BE USED FOR DIRECT MARKETING — ARTICLE 21(2) GDPR.

Right to complain to a supervisory authority

In the event of GDPR infringements, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the Member State of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. This right applies without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.

Data portability

You may receive data that we process automatically on the basis of consent or a contract, or have it provided to a third party, in a commonly used, machine-readable format. Direct transfer to another controller is carried out only where technically feasible.

Access, correction and deletion

Within the applicable legal provisions, you may obtain free information about your stored personal data, its source and recipients and the purpose of processing, and, where applicable, request correction or deletion. Contact us at any time about these rights or other personal-data questions.

Restriction of processing

You may request restriction of processing by contacting us. This right applies where:

  • You dispute the accuracy of data we hold, for the time needed to verify it.
  • Processing is or was unlawful and you request restriction instead of deletion.
  • We no longer need the data, but you need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
  • You have objected under Article 21(1) GDPR and the balance between your interests and ours has not yet been determined.

Once processing is restricted, the data may, apart from storage, be processed only with your consent, to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, to protect another natural or legal person’s rights, or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.

4. Data collection on this website

Cookies

Our website uses cookies: small data packages that do not harm your device. They are stored temporarily for a session or permanently. Session cookies are deleted automatically after your visit. Permanent cookies remain until you delete them or your browser deletes them automatically.

Cookies may originate from us or third parties. Third-party cookies allow certain services to be integrated into websites, such as payment services. Cookies serve different purposes. Many are technically necessary for functions such as shopping baskets or video display. Others may be used to analyse behaviour or for advertising.

Cookies necessary for electronic communication, requested functions or website optimisation are stored under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR unless another basis is stated. We have a legitimate interest in technically correct, optimised service provision. Where consent to cookies or similar recognition technologies is requested, processing is based exclusively on that consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG; it can be withdrawn at any time.

You can set your browser to notify you about cookies, allow them individually, reject them in certain cases or entirely, or delete them when the browser closes. Disabling cookies may limit website functionality. This policy explains the cookies and services used here.

Contact form

If you send an enquiry through our contact form, we store your entries, including your contact details, to process the enquiry and answer follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual steps. Otherwise, it is based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries effectively under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR if requested. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Form data remains with us until you request deletion, withdraw consent to storage or the purpose no longer applies, for example after your enquiry has been fully handled. Mandatory statutory requirements, particularly retention periods, remain unaffected.

Enquiries by email, telephone or fax

If you contact us by email, telephone or fax, we store and process your enquiry and the personal data it contains, such as your name and request, to handle your matter. We do not share it without your consent.

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps. Otherwise, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies through our legitimate interest in handling enquiries effectively, or Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where consent is requested. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Data sent through contact enquiries remains with us until you request deletion, withdraw consent to storage or its purpose no longer applies, for example after your matter is resolved. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

5. Social media

Facebook

This website integrates elements of Facebook, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. According to Facebook, collected data is also transferred to the United States and other third countries. See the overview of Facebook social media elements.
